These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the PestHelpNearMe website and services. By submitting a form, calling, or booking a service with us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
PestHelpNearMe provides residential pest control services, including but not limited to inspection, treatment, and follow-up services for pests such as roaches, rodents, bed bugs, termites, wasps, and mosquitoes. Specific pricing, scope, and scheduling are confirmed at the time of booking or during an on-site inspection.
2. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled based on technician availability. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If pests return between scheduled visits covered by your service plan, we will return to re-treat the affected area at no additional charge, subject to the terms of your specific service agreement.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we use professional-grade, properly labeled products and licensed technicians, PestHelpNearMe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from pest activity, treatment outcomes, or property conditions outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Use of Contact Information
Information submitted through our contact form (including your name, email, phone number, and ZIP code) is used solely to respond to your inquiry, schedule service, and provide related customer communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

PestHelpNearMe is a free service to assist homeowners in connecting with local service providers. All contractors/providers are independent and PestHelpNearMe does not warrant or guarantee any work performed. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to verify that the hired contractor furnishes the necessary license and insurance required for the work being performed. All persons depicted in a photo or video are actors or models and not contractors listed on PestHelpNearMe.
10. Service Availability
Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation, location, technician availability, and demand. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market and appointment capacity.
